Pre-printing department is the division where the preparation works of the printing orders are made until they are ready for printing stage. Pre-printing preparation department includes planning, project development and design, graphics and CTP units. The order is prepared for printing and production thanks to these units. It is possible to list our pre-printing divisions in consecutive order as below:
Planning
The samples approved at our R&D Department of the orders that you readily sent are taken into production plan by arranging them in order in accordance with the production procedures. Our planning personnel prepare a work flow program to ensure the work is completed in the fastest way possible.
Graphics
Our graphics department is the division where the works received from our design department or yourselves, after the completion of the planning process, are analyzed preliminarily at the production phase and the necessary digital medium works are performed. The pre-printing preparations of the received orders are made by using software structured with state of the art technology. Keeping pace with the most recent design programs aims to progress with tieme and to invest in the future and quality.
CTP
Our CTP division is a pre-printing division where the orders, of which graphic works are completed, are montaged in digital medium and transferred to the plate. Montaged works are transferred to the plate by means of a computerized plate printing device called CTP (Computer to Plate). Thanks to this machine, the image quality transferred to the plates have higher sensitivity and quality.
