Acar Group held an event where the employees were offered natural Maraş ice cream at its traditional stand with a show from Turkish ice cream sellers. Specially organized for the employees, this last farewell to summer, the ice cream-themed event, turned out to be an entertaining and tasteful show. Thinking that motivating the employees should be routine, Acar Group's goal is to keep its employees happy by making these activities a part of Acar's culture.
Emphasizing that they will continue the events with different catering organizations suitable for the seasons, Sevgi Acar Özgül, Corporate Communications Manager of the company, said “We aim to improve the communication among our two hundred and seventy employees, increase the motivation of employees, and make the workplace feel like home instead of a production facility.
